Refunds are processed according to the selected booking rate and its cancellation terms. Eligible refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. Non-refundable promotional rates are not eligible for refunds.

Eligible bookings may be cancelled before the applicable deadline for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges as specified during booking. The applicable deadline is shown before payment and repeated in your confirmation.

Customer information is used only for reservation processing, payment, customer support and legal compliance. Personal data is handled securely and is not sold to third parties. We share guest details with the hotel or booking provider only to the extent required to complete your reservation.
