Booking requests submitted through the form are reviewed by our team and confirmed subject to availability. Our support line is available 24×7 for urgent requests.
Can I cancel my booking?
Eligible bookings can be cancelled before the applicable deadline for a full refund. Non-refundable promotional rates cannot be cancelled for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Eligible refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
